This weekend (19-22 March 2015) the Durban Exhibition Centre will be revamped to host Decorex Durban complete with The Dining & Entertaining Theatre; UpMarket pop-up; craft & create and much, much more…. The organisers promise that everyone who leaves will be totally inspired to revamp and redecorate their homes

The 2015 theme for Decorex Durban is ‘Home of Great Ideas’ and will not only provide creative ideas for home improvement, but fun, interactive installations… and something which will interest every member of the family.

The Dining & Entertaining Theatre

Fun, home-entertaining talks and demos by a host of local chefs will be presented in a beautiful purpose-built kitchen while the launch of a series of interactive styling and table-décor sessions will take place in the dining room , by Homewood next to the Theatre.

UpMarket Pop-Up

For one night only - this Friday (20 Mar) 3pm – 9pm UpMarket Pop-Up will present an array of artisanal culinary delights; live performances by popular local musicians; original crafts and artworks; ceramics; hand-crafted jewellery and more.

Craft & Create

This is the area for the person who really wants to get hands-on. It’s the ‘ultimate’ marketplace for artisans, crafters and smaller local exhibitors – a truly local affair!

Unique to Decorex Durban

Providing a taste of the latest décor, design & lifestyle trends will be platforms such as The Private Property Trend House, the Plascon 2015 Colour Trend Forecast, the Franke ‘Make it Wonderful Design Project’ and Beautiful Boudoirs.

Refreshingly different
